Multi-Family and Mixed Use This Palo Alto, California structure, which I designed in its entirety while working for George Cody Architect of Palo Alto,  includes underground parking, a street level of office spaces and four upper floors comprising seventeen living units, each with a fireplace and multiple balconies.  Pedestrian access to the living units is via the triumphal arch at the street corner and up a flight of stairs.  Angled walls (see Second Floor Plan) give each unit maximal access to light, air and views.
